Why train with us?
We own and manage cafes and you’ll be learning the exact methods that we use to succeed in this very competitive industry
You will be taught by coffee experts (Barista’s - not class room teachers) that teach real world practices (not just theory)
We’ve served over 80,000,000 cups of our coffee to more than 1,400,000 happy customers at our Melbourne Cafe & Roastery
We’ve trained over 4000 Barista’s and have developed our own course material (most coffee trainers just copy other trainers)
Our course material is current and in line with the forefront of the Specialty Coffee Industry (not traditional “Italian” or “European” out of date practices)
You will be using artisan roasted coffee and will be able to enjoy drinking it just like everyone does at our Cafe in South Melbourne (but it will be made with your own hands!)
We don’t limit the amount of drinks you can make, you can make as many coffees as you like within the class time (depending your own pace - you’ll make between 50 to 100 coffee’s)
